Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at hello.vesper@proton.me. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
